The SEO Consultant will provide oversight for client projects including: coordinating between technical and client services teams, setting deliverables, ensuring that technical SEO best practices are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule. Previous experience in search engine optimization is required.

We will train applicants on our methods, but minimum 2 years of SEO experience is required.
This position has the following preferred technical requirements:
Knowledge of technical SEO best practices including but not limited to:
- Understanding a technical site audit
- 301 redirects and redirect mapping
- Canonical tag implementations
- Evaluation of URL structure
- Other areas of technical SEO as related to gaining traction in search results.
- Reading and diagnosing reports generated from Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Ability to understand basic HTML source code is preferred.
The ideal candidate will also have the following general skill set:
- Strong written and verbal skills are a must, as you will be required to communicate effectively with clients and within a team environment.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Power Point.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a cross-functional team comprised of business, technical and creative professionals.
- Desire to work in a fast paced evolving environment.
- Ability to be proactive, organized, self starter, creative, resourceful, reliable and VERY detail orientated.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
